Watering Can Art Exhibit by the Students of Milton Hershey School

PhotobucketWhen my kids and I visited the Hershey Garden last month to meet a fellow blogger, we saw lots of watering cans all over the place that was painted so uniquely and so beautifully. I’ve never seen so many watering cans before and they are all so pretty! It was so artistic, the way they painted them, and how they put them together. I bet the kids had so much fun painting their watering cans. When you enter Hershey’s Garden, you will be greeted with this sign above(full picture below).Isnt it so pretty?  There was a Giant watering can, too bad I was not able to photograph it, hence I was busy talking to mommy Mel, my co-blogger, catching up with the latest of here and there, since we dont have much time and it was getting dark.

Anyhow, here are some of the photos  I took of the Art Exhibit by Milton Hershey School Students. It was taken by my Canon T3 using 50mm 1.4f lens.

The Rose Garden of Hershey’s Gardens – Summer 2012

Last month, my kids and I visited the Hershey’s Gardens once again. We went there to meet a fellow blogger who I met online, she and her family were in town that day, so we decided to meet in the Garden, which is a perfect place to meet because its not as crowded as the Park and not as noisy as the Factory. And of course, my kids and I want to see the Rose Garden and the Butterfly Garden as well, I thought it would be the perfect time to see this two gardens.

We got there a little bit early, so we got the chanced to walk around the garden and did some photo shoot with the kids. The Rose Garden was so beautiful and enchanting! I felt like Alice in Wonderland when I step into this garden. The roses are so beautiful and they are all in full bloom! Oh how I wish I have a garden like this! The view is just so breath taking. The fragrance of the roses envelops the place, it was like your in a magical kingdom. I felt lucky that we live 40mins away from Hershey, so coming here ever year is not difficult. :-)

Here are some photos to share from this Garden. This is only one part of Hershey’s Gardens, you can check out this link for the Butterfly Gardens, or you can check out this Link for more post of our Travels in Hershey’s PA.

Cars here in US

The weather here in the East Coast is so unpredictable specially here in our location, its the reason why houses here are built differently compare to the houses in tropical places. And it doesnt last very long, you need to update it after 10 years and so. It also affects the vehicles here. The cars wont last very long because of the bad weather in the winter, so theres a lot of junk cars here. People buy cars like every 5 years, they throw their old car to the junk shop, or sell it to a very cheap price. If I were them, I would donate it to  www.carangel.com, so other people can benefit it, specially those who dont have much, rather than it will just be sitting in the old garage and rot, or taking it to Junk shops.
